Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.

4. Guest Conduct

4.1 Respectful Behavior

4.3 Pets

Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and legal action

The Lavish Affair is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the provided safe for valuables.

6.2 Accidents and Injuries

Guests use the facilities at their own risk. The Lavish Affair is not liable for accidents or injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence.

7. Force Majeure

The Lavish Affair shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
