Tranquil Room

This was a five-star experience in every sense. The property was exactly as described, check-in was smooth, and the Madhur made everything feel simple and well-managed. The location was ideal for our trip: convenient, easy to access, and close to everything we needed. The property was also well equipped, which made the stay much more comfortable.

This was first homestay stay in India, and omg it was sooo worth it! The place is way above the city standards, its huge and modern! Everything was clean and perfect! Highly recommend!

The Lavish Affair is a beautiful place, very well maintained and nicely furnished. We 5 adults spent one night there. The caretaker Rohit helped with luggage which was very welcome. The place had little touches that made it special - like a snack basket, water jug with glasses in each room, a welcome note, option to have hot dinner served, and much more. I recommend the place wholeheartedly!

Our stay was absolute bliss! The moment we stepped in, we felt the warmth and charm of this beautiful bungalow. The space was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect in central market area. The host was super responsive and accommodating, caretaker rohit was also supportive.
The bungalow was well-maintained, and the terrace garden was a lovely spot to unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The place was nice and clean. Location was central, right in market area.
They communicated well and swiftly.
Although the listing mentioned breakfast in essentials, it wasn't available. This needs to be clarified.
Also, they should keep basic groceries like sugar, tea, etc especially when no breakfast is available.
Apart from this, everything was good.

The place simply surpassed our expectations. There is no other way to put it. Right from the cleanliness, to the tastefully done rooms. Ample space in the hall with a great sitting arrangement. Everything was tastefully placed and it was clear that we were in someone's home and not just a bunch of rooms. The outside sitting area was quite spacious with very cool lights. There were couple of lounge chairs to chill. There was a music system too but unfortunately it has an aux cable setup so weren't able to play. The dining table was big and could comfortably seat 8 ppl. The kitchen was tastefully done and we liked the copper matka!
Bathrooms were clean. There were 3 attached ones and one that was common.
The caretaker Rohit and ofc Madhur were always available. We must have called Rohit at least 10-12 times in our one night stay but never did he not pick up immediately.
Street food, delivery apps all within 10 mins.
We surely recommend this place whole heartedly!

only thing i would like to request the host to consider is to have a lift if feasible for elderly people as they have to climb almost 25 steps otherwise

This location was very comfy and clean. My family enjoyed staying here while we visited family in the area. Madhur and Rohit were both very responsive and helpful.

The house was very clean and maintained as a home. The entire crew felt very relaxed staying here and we'd recommend it over a hotel any day.

Madhur is a great host ! We reached very late and Madhur was in touch throughout the day, answered all my queries & helped us check-in late.
There was a caretaker who stayed up late & helped us with the luggage & check-in though it was late at night.
The place is a really a lavish affair, spotlessly clean & well maintained. Unfortunately, we couldnt spend much time in this place.
Madhur arranged a sumptuous breakfast for us & also, arranged drop to railway station at extra cost.
We had a comfortable stay. I would surely recommend this place for stay in Bhuj.

Beautifull House

Very much perfect place to stay.
Nice breakfast we enjoyed both days.
House is very new / rebuilt . Ample parking for 2 cars of guests.
Rooms are beautifully maintained with great linen and Nice bathrooms with proper and nice quality bathroom amenities.
The care taker rohit is also helpful and on the toes for all help just like the owner and his family.
No regrets even 0.001%
Our all group members including children enjoyed and had fun.

The lavish affair as the name suggest.. it was a lavish stay..good and clean home.. the pictures uploaded matches to what you actually get to stay in.
Madhur was quite helpful..quite responsive and even proactive in suggesting perfect itinary for your sightseeing. His guidance helped a lot.
The homemade tasty jain breakfast by aunty was an icing on the cake.
The location is a plus too..its quite lively with lot of eating options in the vicinity.
All n all we had a great stay and will definitely go for this same accommodation if we happen to visit bhuj again.
A definite recommondation to any one who wants to visit bhuj.
